What are Chew Coins?

It's our rewards program and way to say thank you for your continued, loyal support.  Once you have an account, you will be able to earn Chew Coins simply by following us on social media platforms, referring friends and through your regular, online purchases in our shop.

How do I earn Chew Coins?

How do I redeem my Chew Coins?

Once you have accumulated a certain amount of Chew Coins, your account will prompt you via email to ask if you would like to redeem them. If you choose to redeem them, you will be given a coupon code that can be entered at checkout on your next purchase for your extra savings. 

  • 2500 chew coins = $50 coupon
  • 1000 chew coins = $20 coupon
  • 500 chew coins = $10 coupon

Do my Chew Coins expire?

No, your Chew Coins do not expire.  When you redeem them and receive a coupon code, that code also does not expire until it is used. 

Do Chew Coins codes stack with CaraCodes at checkout?

Yes, Chew Coins codes can be applied on top of our automatic CaraCodes at checkout.

What currency is my coupon code in?

Because we are a Canadian company, coupon values are set in Canadian currency, but will convert to USD equivalent if you are shopping in USD.
